Salem Mennonite Church

WELCOME

Welcome to Salem Mennonite Church’s website. We invite you to look around and learn more about us.

Salem Mennonite Church is a member of the Pacific Northwest Mennonite Conference of Mennonite Church USA.  We are a community of people who believe that Jesus said what he meant and also believe that he was talking not only to his first disciples but also to us.  Accordingly we try to live Christ centered lives and are committed to following Jesus’ example.

We take seriously Christ’s call to be peacemakers and to love and serve our neighbors in the Salem area and around the world.

We believe that Christ calls us into community and are committed to building a community where we love and support each other in ways that help us to follow Christ.

We gather every Sunday morning for Sunday school (9:30 AM), worship (10:45 AM) and fellowship.

And we welcome you to join us as we live and learn, work and play, and serve and worship together.

3With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. 4And you will say in that day: Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; make known his deeds among the nations; proclaim that his name is exalted. 5Sing praises to the LORD, for he has done gloriously; let this be known in all the earth. 6Shout aloud and sing for joy, O royal Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.
